Our Services includes

- Rubbish Removal : Empty and remove rubbish for collection.
- Dusting : Dust all furniture, computer screens, windowsills and skirting boards, etc
- Clean & Tidy Kitchen/Lunchroom : Clean and disinfect sink, bench tops and splash back. Wipe clean inside and outside of microwave, outside of fridge, cupboard doors and table. Mop and disinfect kitchen floor.
- Clean & Sanitize all bath & toilets : All wet areas clean, disinfect and wipe clean all basins, pans, toilet seat & lids and door handles. Polish mirrors. Mop and disinfect floor. Replenish toilet requisites from owner’s supplies.
- Spot Clean : All finger marks and smudges on doors, desks, light switches, internal glass partitions etc.
- Thorough Vacuum throughout all carpet and floor areas
- Mop all hard floors
Entrances : Clean front entrance glass doors, remove cobwebs, maintain front entry area.
- Report : Any faulty locks, plumbing or electrical problems and toilet requisite levels.
Our commercial service charges a flat rate of $35/hr (ex. GST). Our fees include chemicals, equipment, labour and supervision, insurance etc.
Other: Ensure building security maintained. |

- Inside and outside of cupboards and pantry wiped
- Vanity, bath, all tiled areas & shower screens cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
- Toilets cleaned & sanitised
- Laundry floor mopped and sink cleaned
- Light fittings, light switches, power points & door handles cleaned
- Built in furniture, skirting boards & window sills cleaned
- Internal cobwebs removed
- Walls spot-cleaned
- Sweep front entrance
- Windows/ Venetian/ Ceiling Fan can be clean (additional charges will apply)
